Summary of Position:
Under general supervision performs standard activities associated withthe receipt and processing of title and escrow orders. Responsible forreception of a department or branch.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Preparing and assemblingescrow folders.
Processing new orders.
Opening and distribution ofall incoming mail and deliveries.
Back-up and support to otherorder desk functions.
Reception responsibilities.
Order/Distribute officesupplies.
Lawyers Report and policyjackets
Receives routine orders fromcustomers and sales staff.
May also be assigned generalclerical and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Other duties andresponsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Education and
Experience:
Title, escrow, or real estate industry experience preferred
Basic computer skills, MS office basic knowledgerequired.
Competent data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills required.
Must be detail oriented.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily asedentary office position which requires the Order Desk Clerk to have theability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift,and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
