Marketing Coordinator

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Ft. Lauderdale office. The Marketing Coordinator will assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities. The Coordinator will also be the primary point of contact for our travel agent network to assist with questions and marketing related support. The ideal candidate will be a result-focused self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge share.
Responsibilities
Provide support to the marketing department and assist with daily functions of marketing programs and tools
Assist agents with their social media outreach
Process invoices and agent fund reimbursements
Review agent approval requests
Update content on our department pages within our Intranet
Collaborate with design team to produce promotional materials
Run website traffic reports & other marketing-related reports
Oversee daily marketing tasks, such as name approvals and update website requests
Assist agents with email subscriber lists & vanity URLs
Monitor general communications and inquiries to the department
Must be willing to wear multiple hats and be flexible to do whatever is needed
Qualifications
Degree in marketing or communications is required
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Mac computer and software preferred
Must have strong attention to detail and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of the cruise or travel industry a plus
Confident and outgoing personality
Collaborative team player, self-motivated
Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
