Industrial Maintenance Technician I

3rd Shift Hours, 9:00pm - 5:30am (Sunday - Thursday) and weekends as needed
Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for the safe and effective troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of assets in accordance with Company directives. Proficient in Mechanical and Electrical equipment and systems.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Support daily plant operations through effective troubleshooting and repair of Mechanical and Electrical plant and equipment systems adhering to all policies, procedures and instructions.
Seek assistance as necessary for the troubleshooting and repair of Control systems.
Maximize equipment reliability by effectively performing assigned work orders and PMs. Ensure complete and effective repairs. Proactively initiate work orders based on PM observations, measurements or PdM reports.
Plan and schedule daily activities. Document work completed in the CMMS including actions taken, conditions observed, root cause, preventive action recommendations, and resources utilized including labor hours and parts. Ensure that all machine repairs and/or scheduled maintenance are completed/verified via MAPEI Group Global Standards and that all appropriate closing codes are used.
Interpret manual and computer generated reports and suggest changes to improve the operability, reliability and safety of assets.
Specify replacement parts and requisition required repair parts.
Manage contractors (design, engineering, labor, construction, etc.) and/or lead other engineers and technicians as assigned. Ensure compliance with contract specifications and compliance with all EHS policies.
Actively increase skill level through self development activities to achieve Technician Level III.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
