Operations Clerk
Overview
World Travel Holdings is seeking an Operations Clerk for its Ft. Lauderdale office. The Operations Clerk will be responsible for verifying and identifying discrepancies of vital information on bookings
Responsibilities
Verify booking data with cruise lines/land suppliers
Report discrepancies and follow through with agents
Manage spreadsheet reports to validate data and check for accuracy
Review log of daily activities with management on a weekly basis
Act as back up for the Product Coordinating Team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 1
years of working in a professional office environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
Ability to work with time sensitive issues
Ability to concentrate and sit for long periods of time
Excellent communications skills
Charisma to establish cooperative relationships with suppliers
Travel industry and/or data entry experience is a plus
Pay Range: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
