Position
Summary:
The Junior Project Manager will review processes, derive optimization potentials and manage daily operations of cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of project roll-out and implementation
Review operational processes and derive optimization potentials
Compile project-related data from different data sources, develop and produce recurring and other ad hoc reports as needed
Work in close conjunction with Fleet Maintenance, Repair and Controlling
Coordinate across departments to maintain continued progress toward project milestones
Maintain and update project tracker to ensure common understanding of progress and priorities with Senior Management
Prioritize task project effort in support of overall organizational strategy
Keep project budget and timeline on track by anticipating challenges and adapting plans accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (business, project management, or STEM preferred)
Exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to quickly achieve proficiency with new software and technology platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with project management methodology and processes
Experience with SQL or VBA
Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills
Familiarity with scheduling in a project management context, especially critical path method
Must have the ability to hit the ground running, being a team player with good presentation skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
