Clinical Support services Supervisor

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Central Services Supervisor. You will support the infrastructure for the department with a focus on reporting and standardizing procedures across specialties. Your team leads the processing of hiring new Providers into the organization; handling all ongoing Provider support related to changes in status and pay rates, and communications throughout Central Services' operational areas.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership support throughout the new hire process for Providers and for the team of Specialists handling their onboarding.
Provide customer service support to the department as needed in support of best practices.
Supervise Specialist staff, providing them with day to day direction and handling escalated issues.
Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives, including participation in Kaizen sessions.
Handle the administrative support functions in support of Providers and department operations.
Develop and disseminate standardized reporting formats and presentations across specialties.
Provide operations data tracking and trending as well as performance monitoring and tracking.
Update and standardize Kronos and Pro-Scheduler training documentation in relation to onboarding.
Participate in the development and delivery of standardized workflow policies and procedures throughout the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 3 or more years of experience as detailed above; or an equivalent combination of education and experience as detailed above.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced expertise in PowerPoint

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
