By joining Insight Enterprises as a Sr.
Deskside Engineer, you will enter a tech-savvy and highly collaborative world.
We provide the hardware, software and IT support services for our customers' most critical IT projects.
We're looking for an experienced Deskside Engineer to cover the day to day Windows 10 issues across the enterprise while a cloud migration project has the internal team otherwise deployed.
Please note:
this role can extend or convert, but that cannot be guaranteed.
This role can start remotely, but in order to extend/convert, you must be able to work on site in either Ft.
Lauderdale or Boston.
Expected compensation is up to $45/hr on our W2.
What you will be doing:
- Act as a Microsoft-focused resource, managing active directory, SCCM, MS Intune, Azure Active Directory, M365
- IT support standards like application deployments, imaging, patching of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Support the network with its day to day needs, assisting various sites across the nation remotely.
What you need to join:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5
years applicable enterprise IT support experience - 3
years experience with SCCM Administration, Active Directory - Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred
