You are bidding on a beige BellSouth Caller ID System Box Model C165 which can be either used on a desk top or wall mounted. Tired of answering the phone just to hear a spam call from "dealer services" or "your credit card company"? This is a great solution for you, a friend, or relative who subscribes to Caller ID from the telephone company, but only has a simple land line phone. Install 4 AAA batteries, plug the wire that now goes to your phone into the slot marked "Tel. Line", plug the included extra cord wire into your phone and the slot on the caller ID that says "Phone", and you are good to go. NO NEED TO SET THE TIME OR DATE... your first incoming call will do that! The display, which is fully explained on the included instructions, can be adjusted for brightnes. As shown, the display will show, and store, 75 different names and numbers, so that if you don't have an answering machine, you can still see who called!
